What is the Ahaus Apprenticeship program?

Ahaus has made training and education a high priority for decades. The goal as a company has been to take young, talented people and help mold them into skilled craftsmen in the occupation of Toolmaker or CNC Machinist, as well as producing a valued employee.

Ahaus offers many opportunities for young individuals who have the qualities and capabilities that we are looking for in an apprentice.  There are past apprentices in nearly every sector of our business.  It is up to the apprentice to work hard and explore their own personal possibilities.

The apprenticeship is a four-year or five-year program. It consists of on the job training as well as supplementary college courses.  All of the education throughout the apprenticeship is paid for by Ahaus Tool & Engineering, Inc. Upon completion of the program, the apprentice receives a certification from the United States Department of Labor in the occupation of Tool & Die Maker or CNC Machinist.
