Ahaus Apprenticeship:
Ahaus has an ongoing nationally accredited Apprenticeship Program for Toolmaker and CNC Machinist. Our goal is to hire several individuals each year specifically to be trained in these professions. Instrumental to this program is on-the job training as well as formal education. Ahaus partners with Ivy Tech Community College, Indiana University East and Purdue University College of Technology, all with presences in Richmond, Indiana, where Ahaus is based. Project Engineer
Person must be skilled in managing projects between sales, customer, design, and manufacturing. BS degree and 3 years of experience with machinery build, fabrication, and fixturing is required. Organizational and communication skills are critical for this position.
CNC Machinist
Person must be skilled in setup, programming, machining and inspection of CNC vertical or horizontal mills. 5+ years of experience with manufacturing of precision parts is required.
