Rocky Cheesman
Machine Operator
Rocky has ten years experience in the machine tool industry, six of which were spent in the US Navy.  He attended New Castle Machine Trades Vocational School and Saint Leo University.  Rocky enjoys collecting guns and spending time with his wife Kelli and son “Mac” who is 17 months old.

Ryan Hatch

Ryan is a senior at Richmond High School and is attending Ivy Tech Community College.  He enjoys remote control airplanes, working on cars and is a member of
Venture Crew 119 - Boy Scouts.

Jeremy Pflug
Co-op Student
Jeremy is a senior at Connersville High School and attends Whitewater Technical Career Center.  He enjoys playing the guitar and attending heavy metal concerts.  Jeremy has three brothers, one happens to be his twin!

Jack Lathrop

Jack is a senior at Northeastern High School and attends Richmond Area Career Center.  He enjoys football and golf..

James Candler
Sales Engineer
We are pleased to announce that Jim Candler has joined our sales staff.  He has 40 years experience in manufacturing engineering, tool design, sales, plant engineering and 4 years teaching high school industrial arts. He enjoys reading, collecting die cast truck and equipment models, antique motorcycles, cars and farm equipment. Jim and his wife Martha live in South Carolina.
