Fixture hydraulic power unit
Generation I & II Power units
are designed to meet all your Workholding and Fixture hydraulic power unit needs. They can function as a stand alone unit or connect to your machine tool for continuous hydraulic sequencing or monitoring.
The Parker power unit comes complete with a 20 gallon reservoir, 2 GPM variable volume piston pump, in-line oil filter, low pressure standby, oil cooler, low oil level and over temperature monitoring. The Automation Direct #DL06 PLC comes with 20 inputs & 16 outputs, PC programming software and is machine tool "G" code programmable. The standard power unit is set at 3000 psi unit. Mount the flexible pendant control box and the unit is ready to go.
The Generation II Power Unit includes operation of an Ahaus Air Check System. The Air Check System is a two circuit system with go/no go (green/red lights) indicator for both air check circuits. The Air Check System utilizes Numatics® precision regulators and Sunx® pressure switches.

Available Manual Coupler attached to the power unit allows for ease in function and flexibility between several fixtures. The receiver block mounted on the fixture is shown with built-in accumulator.

Quick Change Fixture Cart

The quick change cart and table lifters provide opportunities to mover several fixtures on and off a machine. This effectively increases flexibility of your equipment and can give you better efficiency increasing profitability.
The lifting mechanism uses air and can lift 2000 pounds. The cart has a manual adjustment range from 28" to 40" and it comes with steel wheels.
